Pain relief

In Pain relief Cyclofit TD Tablet relieves pain, reduce swelling and ease inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondolytis. It also helps to manage short term symptoms such as muscle and back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat if taken when the first sign of pain occurs. It works by reducing substances in the body that causes pain and swelling. Cyclofit TD Tablet also reduces fever associated with various painful conditions within 1-2 hour of taking a dose.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Vomiting, Stomach pain, Indigestion, Loss of appetite, Dryness in mouth, Dizziness, Sleepiness, Heartburn']

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cyclofit TD Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Cyclofit TD Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Tramadol. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) as well as an antipyretic (fever reducer). Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). Together, both of them work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic ( very strong pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower the pain perception.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Cyclofit TD Tablet.

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Cyclofit TD Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Information regarding the use of Cyclofit TD Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor.

Driving

UNSAFE - Cyclofit TD Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Cyclofit TD Tablet may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.

Kidney

CAUTION - Cyclofit TD Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cyclofit TD Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - Cyclofit TD Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Cyclofit TD Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Cyclofit TD Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
