It also reduces the amount of acid in the stomach which helps to provide relief in acid-related indigestion. Dexol L Tablet should be taken with or without food. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Avoid the use of alcohol as it may decrease the effect. How it works
Dexol L Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Dexrabeprazole and Levosulpiride. Dexrabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). Levosulpiride is a prokinetic which works by increasing the release of acetylcholine (a chemical messenger).
