Bacterial skin infections

In Bacterial skin infections DIPNATE GM CREAM is an antibiotic and is used to treat skin infections like eczema, psoriasis, boils, impetigo (red sores on face), infection in the hair follicle etc. It may also be used to prevent infections in small cuts, wounds, burns or ulcers on your skin. Apply 2-3 times in a day to get relief from itching, swelling and redness caused by infection. You might see a change in your skin appearance in a week if used as prescribed by your doctor. Results might vary from person to person depending on your skin condition. Make sure you complete the full course of treatment to ensure that the infection is completely cured and prevent it from returning.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Burning sensation']

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.

DIPNATE GM CREAM is a combination of two medicines: Betamethasone and Gentamicin. Betamethasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the affected area red, swollen and itchy. Gentamicin is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by the bacteria to carry out vital functions. DIPNATE GM CREAM is a combination of two medicines: Betamethasone and Gentamicin. If you miss a dose of DIPNATE GM CREAM, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
