DNZ 200 Capsule can be taken with or without food, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. The most common side effects of this medicine include weight gain, hair loss, voice changes, acne, and irregular menstrual cycle. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. You should stop taking it if you become pregnant. Before taking this medicine tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding if you have ever had any problems with your blood circulation or have diabetes or migraine. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works. Your doctor may perform blood tests regularly to check blood cells, liver, and thyroid are working properly.

In Treatment of Benign fibrocystic breast disease Benign fibrocystic breast disease is a non-cancerous condition in which the breast tissues become lumpy and tender to touch. Such changes may be seen normally during certain hormonal changes in menstrual cycles. However, these symptoms can be bothersome for some women. DNZ 200 Capsule effectively manages such changes and relieves these symptoms. Take it as prescribed by the doctor and do not stop taking it unless your doctor asks you to stop. In Treatment of Endometriosis Endometriosis is a condition where tissue like the lining of the womb starts to grow in other places. The main symptoms include pain in your lower stomach or back, period pain, pain during and after sex, constipation, diarrhea and feeling sick. It can also make it difficult to get pregnant. DNZ 200 Capsule will help relieve these symptoms and makes you feel better. This medicine needs to be taken regularly to be effective and you may need other medicines or procedures to help control endometriosis. In Treatment of Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) DNZ 200 Capsule may help reduce PMS symptoms such as mood swings, anxiousness, tiredness, bloating, breast tenderness and headaches. Lifestyle changes such as regular exercise, a healthy diet, getting plenty of sleep, and using relaxation techniques may also be helpful. In Treatment of Menstrual pain Painful periods have a big impact on everyday life of a woman and there is not always an obvious cause. DNZ 200 Capsule helps relieve pain and cramps during periods. You may have to use painkillers (NSAIDs) as well for rapid pain relief. Ask your doctor about which are most suitable.

Alcohol
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with DNZ 200 Capsule as it is deemed unsafe.
Pregnancy
Not Safe: DNZ 200 Capsule is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
Breast feeding
Not Safe: DNZ 200 Capsule is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
Driving
Not Safe: DNZ 200 Capsule may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. DNZ 200 Capsule may cause some side effects such as dizziness, a spinning feeling, and changes in eyesight. This may affect your driving ability.
Kidney
Caution Advised: DNZ 200 Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of DNZ 200 Capsule may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of DNZ 200 Capsule may not be advised in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver
Caution Advised: DNZ 200 Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of DNZ 200 Capsule may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of DNZ 200 Capsule is not recommended in patients with the severe liver disease. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is advised while you are taking this medicine.
If a dose of DNZ 200 Capsule is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
DNZ 200 Capsule helps treat endometriosis and heavy or painful periods. It may also be used to relieve severe breast pain and tenderness in benign fibrocystic breast disease. Use effective measures to avoid pregnancy during treatment with this medicine as it can be harmful to an unborn baby.� Do not drink alcohol during treatment with this medicine as it can make you feel sick or short of breath.� Inform your doctor immediately if you experience symptoms such as hair loss, marked increase in facial or body hair,� voice change, altered vision, severe headache and vomiting, stabbing pains and/or unusual swelling in one leg, sudden breathlessness or sudden chest pain, while taking this medicine.
