It has fewer side effects than older antidepressants. It usually takes 4-6 weeks for this medicine to work so you need to keep taking it even if you feel it is not working. Do not stop taking it, even if you feel better unless your doctor advises you to. In Treatment of Obsessive-compulsive disorder Fluz OD Tablet helps relieve symptoms of many anxiety disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder by increasing the level of a chemical called serotonin in your brain. It has fewer side effects than older antidepressants and is normally taken once a day. It helps you feel calm with a better ability to deal with problems. Keep taking the medicine until your doctor advises you to stop. Additionally, exercising and eating a healthy diet can also help improve your mood.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. Pregnancy

Breast feeding

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Fluz OD Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving

UNSAFE - Fluz OD Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Fluz OD Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Fluz OD Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - Fluz OD Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Fluz OD Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Fluz OD Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
