Spasmonorm Injection is a combination of two medicines: Camylofin and Diclofenac which relieve abdominal pain and cramps. Camylofin is an anticholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps and pain.
