Take Gnate L 40mg/480mg Tablet with food as prescribed, usually twice a day for 3 days. On the first day, take the first dose with food and the second dose 8 hours later. For the next 2 days, take one dose in the morning and one in the evening. Resume normal eating as soon as tolerated to improve absorption.
