Skin infections

In Skin infections Healex Plus Spray helps to treat and prevent minor skin infection. It is also used to treat minor burns and to prevent infection in cuts, insect bites, wounds. Applying Healex Plus Spray can give you temporary relief from pain associated with the above conditions. Wash the affected area of skin with water and dry thoroughly. Apply the cream gently using your fingers or gauze as many times as prescribed by your doctor.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Hold the container with the extension tube aimed at the area of application. To spray, press the button. Allow a 2 second gap between two consecutive sprays. Use it as advised by your doctor or also check the label for directions before use.

Healex Plus Spray is a combination of two medicines: Benzocaine and Cetrimide. Benzocaine is a local anesthetic. It works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to brain which decreases sensation of pain. Cetrimide is an antiseptic which kills bacteria, fungi and viruses on the skin.

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Healex Plus Spray may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

If you miss a dose of Healex Plus Spray, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
