In Hypertension (high blood pressure) Labewell Tablet works by blocking the effects of some chemicals on your heart and blood vessels. It slows down your heart rate and helps the heart to beat with less force. This effectively lowers blood pressure. It must be taken regularly as prescribed to be effective. You do not usually feel any direct benefit from taking this medicine, but it works in the long term to keep you well. In Angina (heart-related chest pain) Labewell Tablet relaxes the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily around your body and makes sure that your heart is getting a good supply of oxygen. This makes it less likely that you will suffer chest pain caused by angina. This medicine can help increase your ability to exercise and go about your daily life more easily by reducing the frequency of angina attacks. You should take it regularly and as long as it is prescribed for it to work effectively. In Prevention of heart attack and stroke If your blood pressure is controlled you are less at risk of having a heart attack or stroke. Labewell Tablet reduces the chances of heart diseases and helps you remain healthier for longer. Take it regularly and make appropriate lifestyle changes, such as eating healthy and staying active, to maximize the effectiveness of this medicine.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Alcohol
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Labewell Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Pregnancy
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Labewell Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Breast feeding
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Labewell Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Driving
Not Safe: Labewell Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Labewell Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Labewell Tablet is recommended. However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for better dose adjustment.
Liver
Caution Advised: Labewell Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Labewell Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of Labewell Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
It should be taken with food. Check your blood pressure 1 week after starting Labewell Tablet, and inform your doctor if it has not improved. Labewell Tablet may cause dizziness or sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. It may cause you to feel lightheaded or weak especially when you stand up (orthostatic hypotension). Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. It is best to avoid drinking alcohol while taking Labewell Tablet as it may make the side effects worse. Do not stop taking Labewell Tablet suddenly as it can cause your blood pressure to rise suddenly, thereby increasing the risk of heart attack and stroke.
