In Treatment of Abdominal pain Magnate P Paediatric Suspension gives relief from abdominal pain and works best when used at the first sign of pain. It slows down intestinal movements and relaxes the muscles in the gut and thus helps relieve cramps and pain. Moreover, it binds with the excess gas and disintegrates the gas bubbles which allows easy passage of gas and relieves bloating and discomfort. Give this medication exactly as directed by your doctor.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. Magnate P Paediatric Suspension contains three active medicines: Dicyclomine, Magaldrate, and Simethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic that works by relaxing the muscles in your child?s stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) which further helps relieve cramps, pain, bloating and discomfort. Magaldrate is an alkaline salt that neutralizes the excess acid present in the stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine that helps in the breakdown of gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
