However, you should continue taking it as long as it is prescribed even when you feel better, to make sure that all parasites are killed and do not become resistant. This medicine is generally safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding, but you should ask your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - Nemacys 200mg Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Nemacys 200mg Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Nemacys 200mg Suspension may cause elevated levels of enzymes in the liver. Monitoring of liver function tests (LFT) and complete blood count (CBC) is recommended while your child is taking this medicine.
