Hyperpigmentation

In Hyperpigmentation Hyperpigmentation means abnormal darkening of skin, usually in patches. It occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces normal skin color, forms deposits in the skin. Praxamic 75mg/250mg Tablet reduces these melanin deposits, lightens skin tone and helps restore normal color of the skin. It also helps to protect the skin from damage by ultraviolet rays of the sun and prevents sunburns. It also removes blemishes and moisturises your skin. This improves your self-esteem and confidence as your appearance changes. You should always take it as prescribed and only apply the amount you have been told to. Keep taking it for as long as it is prescribed to get the full benefits.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. Praxamic 75mg/250mg Tablet regulates the synthesis of Melanin, the pigment in our skin that is responsible for the color of our skin. It contains Proanthocyanidin and Tranexamic Acid. Proanthocyanidin works by suppressing tyrosine & melanocytes activity with direct synthesis of collagen. This promotes whitening effect. Tranexamic Acid improves blood circulation and enhances the overall process.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - Praxamic 75mg/250mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.

If you miss a dose of Praxamic 75mg/250mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
