In Prevention of Angina (heart-related chest pain) Rovax-Gold 10 Capsule IR works as a blood thinner and is used in small doses to reduce the risk of blood clots forming. It prevents platelets from sticking together thereby preventing the formation of harmful blood clots. This means you are less likely to suffer from angina, a heart attack, a stroke, or other blockages of blood vessels. It is likely to be prescribed if you have a high risk of cardiovascular disease and should be taken regularly (usually for the rest of your life) to have a preventive effect. In Treatment and prevention of Heart attack Rovax-Gold 10 Capsule IR prevents the formation of blood clots in blood vessels thereby reducing the risk of future heart attacks or strokes. In larger doses, Rovax-Gold 10 Capsule IR may be used in the treatment of a heart attack or a stroke that has been caused by a blood clot. Breast feeding

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Rovax-Gold 10 Capsule IR is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving

UNSAFE - Rovax-Gold 10 Capsule IR may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

CAUTION - Rovax-Gold 10 Capsule IR should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Rovax-Gold 10 Capsule IR may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Rovax-Gold 10 Capsule IR is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver

CAUTION - Rovax-Gold 10 Capsule IR should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Rovax-Gold 10 Capsule IR may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Rovax-Gold 10 Capsule IR is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If you miss a dose of Rovax-Gold 10 Capsule IR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
