Pain relief

In Pain relief Rutosafe Tablet relieves pain, reduce swelling and ease inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondolytis. It also gives relief from muscle and back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. It works by reducing substances in the body that causes pain and swelling. Take it as prescribed to get the most benefit. This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Vomiting, Heartburn, Stomach pain, Indigestion, Loss of appetite, Diarrhea']

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rutosafe Tablet is to be taken with food.

Rutosafe Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Trypsin, Rutoside, Bromelain and Aceclofenac. Trypsin and Bromelain are enzymes. They increase blood supply and make the body produce substances that fight pain and swelling. Rutoside is an antioxidant which protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals) and further reduces swelling. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Alcohol

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Rutosafe Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Information regarding the use of Rutosafe Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor.

Driving

UNSAFE - Rutosafe Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Rutosafe Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Rutosafe Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Rutosafe Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Rutosafe Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Rutosafe Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
