• Sudden Vision or Hearing Loss: Rare but serious events that require immediate medical evaluation.

• Mood or Behavioural Changes: Dapoxetine may rarely cause anxiety, agitation, or changes in mood. Report these symptoms to your doctor promptly.

NULL is an on-demand medication and must be taken correctly for optimal safety and effectiveness. It is not for daily consumption.

• Timing: Take one tablet orally approximately one to three hours before anticipated sexual activity.
• Maximum Dose: Do not take more than one tablet within a 24-hour period.
• Administration: The tablet should be swallowed whole with a large glass of water.

NULL achieves its dual effect through two separate pharmacological mechanisms:

1. Sildenafil (For ED): Sildenafil works by inhibiting the enzyme Phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which is naturally present in the smooth muscle cells of the penis. Inhibition of PDE5 leads to increased levels of cGMP (cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate). cGMP is responsible for relaxing the smooth muscles, thereby widening the arteries and allowing significantly enhanced blood flow into the erectile tissues, resulting in a firm erection upon sexual arousal.
2. Dapoxetine (For PE): Dapoxetine is classified as a short-acting Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI). It rapidly inhibits the reabsorption of the neurotransmitter serotonin in the nerve cells of the brain and spinal cord. Increased serotonin levels in the synaptic cleft modulate the reflex control over ejaculation. This central action raises the threshold required for ejaculation, allowing the user greater control and significantly delaying the time to ejaculation.

• Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before and after taking the tablet to help prevent dizziness and syncope associated with Dapoxetine.

• Check Medications: Provide your doctor with a comprehensive list of all medications, especially those for blood pressure, fungal infections, or HIV, as serious interactions are possible.

• Store NULL in its original blister pack at room temperature.
• Protect the tablets from moisture and direct sunlight.
• Keep securely out of the reach and sight of children and pets.

• Grapefruit Products: Avoid consuming grapefruit juice or products, as they can interfere with the breakdown of the medication, potentially increasing the concentration of Sildenafil in the body and heightening side effects.
• Fatty Meals: While allowed, heavy or high-fat meals may slow down the absorption of Sildenafil, delaying the time it takes to achieve an erection.
• Alcohol: Avoid or minimise alcohol consumption completely, as alcohol increases the risk of side effects like dizziness, fainting (syncope), and low blood pressure due to Dapoxetine.

• Nitrates (Nitroglycerin, Isosorbide): ABSOLUTELY CONTRAINDICATED. The combination with Sildenafil can cause a dangerous, fatal drop in blood pressure.
• Other PDE5 Inhibitors: Do not take NULL with any other ED medication (e.g., tadalafil, vardenafil).
• Strong CYP3A4 Inhibitors (e.g., Ketoconazole, Ritonavir): These drugs significantly increase Sildenafil levels, requiring close medical supervision or a reduction in Sildenafil dosage.
• Other Serotonergic Drugs (e.g., SSRIs, SNRIs, Triptans): Combining Dapoxetine with other medications that increase serotonin levels may lead to the life-threatening Serotonin Syndrome.

• Cardiovascular Disease: Contraindicated in patients with severe cardiac conditions where sexual activity is inadvisable.
• Neuropsychiatric Conditions: Use with caution in men with a history of mania, severe depression, or psychosis.
• Ocular Diseases: Should be used cautiously in men with a history of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), a condition related to sudden vision loss.

NULL has a fixed combination of Dapoxetine 30 mg and Sildenafil 50 mg in each tablet. The usual advice is to take only one tablet in 24 hours, exactly as your doctor tells you. Swallow the tablet whole with water, ideally one to three hours before sexual activity, so the medicine has enough time to work.

Do not take more than the prescribed amount or use it more than once a day. Taking extra tablets can raise the risk of side effects such as dizziness, fainting, or a prolonged erection. For safe and effective use, always follow your doctor’s instructions carefully.

If you think you have taken too much NULL, get emergency medical help right away. An overdose can be dangerous and may cause problems such as very low blood pressure, fainting, a fast heartbeat, or sudden changes in vision. In the hospital, doctors will usually give supportive care and closely monitor your vital signs until the medicine’s effects wear off.

Since NULL is taken on demand, there is no missed dose. If the planned sexual activity does not occur, the tablet should not be taken. Do not take the tablet simply because you forgot to take it earlier.
