It also gives relief from symptoms such as tightness in your chest, shortness of breath, wheezing and coughing. Regular exercise and yoga can help improve the symptoms of asthma in the long term, in addition to improving overall health.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Sky PD Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Sky PD Syrup with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.

Sky PD Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Etofylline and salbutamol. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens the airways. This makes breathing easier.

Alcohol

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Sky PD Syrup may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Sky PD Syrup is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

Driving

UNSAFE - Sky PD Syrup may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Sky PD Syrup may cause side effects such as dizziness, increased or uneven heart rate, muscle cramps or muscle pain. This may affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - There is limited information available on the use of Sky PD Syrup in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - There is limited information available on the use of Sky PD Syrup in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Sky PD Syrup, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
