Tramalor Tablet is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used to treat severe acute pain and fever in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It is also used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. Tramalor Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor. The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, constipation, sleepiness, and weakness. How it works
Tramalor Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Tramadol, Paracetamol and Lornoxicam which relieve pain. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) and Lornoxicam is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
