• CYP3A4 Inhibitors (e.g., Ketoconazole): These drugs can significantly increase the levels of Tamsulosin in your blood, increasing side effects.

• Restarting: If you stop taking Tamsulosin for several days, consult your doctor before restarting, as you may need to start at a lower frequency to prevent dizziness.
