Zubiflox Forte Syrup reduces the excessive secretion of water and electrolytes and helps replenish the lost fluids and salts. It also helps treat loose stools and prevents abdominal distension or flatulence. Encourage your child to drink plenty of fluids while taking it to stay hydrated. Your child may start to feel better after getting treated for a few days to a week. However, do not extend the course or stop the medicine by yourself without consulting your child�s doctor. Racecadotril is an enkephalinase inhibitor that has anti-secretory effects. Simply put, this particular active ingredient reduces the secretion of water and electrolytes from the intestine. This helps reduce the amount of fluid lost from the body in diarrhea. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and causing infection. Ornidazole is also an antibiotic that kills other microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA.

Alcohol

Do not give Zubiflox Forte Syrup if your child has persistent uncontrolled vomiting as this medicine will not be absorbed.
