• Renal Impairment: Changes in the amount or frequency of urination.

• Dosage: Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The usual adult dose is one tablet 2 times a day (morning and evening).

• Protect your stomach: Always take NULL with food. If you have a history of ulcers, your doctor may prescribe a protective medicine (like a PPI).
• Check other medicines: Review labels of cold/flu remedies to ensure they do not also contain Paracetamol to avoid toxicity.
• Watch for warning signs: Seek medical help immediately for black stools, jaundice (yellow skin/eyes), or persistent abdominal pain.

• Store NULL in its original packaging at room temperature, ideally between 20°C and 25°C (68°F to 77°F).
• Keep the medicine away from excessive heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.
• Always keep the tablets out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not use the medicine after the expiry date printed on the packaging.

• Lithium: Aceclofenac can increase blood levels of Lithium, potentially leading to toxicity.

NULL should be used with extreme caution or is contraindicated in:

• Gastrointestinal Ulcers: Active or recurrent peptic ulcer disease or bleeding.
• Severe Hepatic Impairment: Pre-existing liver disease.
• Severe Renal Impairment: Significant kidney dysfunction.
• Cardiovascular Disease: History of heart failure, stroke, or uncontrolled hypertension.
• Asthma: Especially in patients with aspirin-sensitive asthma.

The usual adult dose of NULL is one tablet taken twice daily, preferably after meals to reduce stomach irritation.

Avoid taking additional NSAIDs or Paracetamol-containing medicines at the same time unless prescribed by your doctor.

An overdose is a medical emergency. The critical risk is severe liver failure due to Paracetamol, which may not show symptoms for 24–48 hours. Signs include nausea, stomach pain, and drowsiness. Seek immediate medical attention even if no symptoms are present.
