It also blocks certain substances in the brain that trigger nausea or vomiting during migraine headaches. Fevedom Tablet is taken without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine. The most common side effect is dryness in mouth. This is temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about these side effects. How it works
Fevedom Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Paracetamol. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. This prevents nausea and vomiting caused due to migraine. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever associated with migraine.

UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Fevedom Tablet.
Pregnancy
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Fevedom Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
Breast feeding
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Fevedom Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Driving
UNSAFE - Fevedom Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney
CAUTION - Fevedom Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Fevedom Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver
CAUTION - Fevedom Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Fevedom Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Fevedom Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
What If You Forget to take Fevedom Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Fevedom Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
