How it works
Migject Plus 40mg/10mg Injection is a combination of two medicines: Propranolol and Flunarizine, which prevents migraine. Propranolol is a beta blocker and Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker. They work by stabilizing the reactive nerve cells and increasing the threshold to migraine activation. They also inhibit cortical spreading depression (CSD- electric waves that move across the brain and cause pain and inflammation).
UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Migject Plus 40mg/10mg Injection.
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Migject Plus 40mg/10mg Injection may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

UNSAFE - Migject Plus 40mg/10mg Injection may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Migject Plus 40mg/10mg Injection may cause visual disturbances, hallucinations, fatigue, mental confusion, dizziness or tiredness. This may affect your driving ability.
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Migject Plus 40mg/10mg Injection is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Migject Plus 40mg/10mg Injection may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
CAUTION - Migject Plus 40mg/10mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Migject Plus 40mg/10mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is advisable for dose adjustment.
